Do I have to use saved items?
No. You can type any line item directly on an invoice. The catalog is there for the things you bill repeatedly.
Can I change the price on one invoice only?
Yes. Editing a line on an invoice does not change the saved item.
Which units are supported?
The unit is free text, so hour, day, piece, session, page or anything else that fits how you charge.
Is this inventory management?
No. The catalog stores descriptions and prices for invoicing. It does not track stock levels.
